I really enjoyed my stay here. the room was cool and inviting when I walked in, and the Wi-Fi was surprisingly fast. The hotel also had a nice pool and a cozy lounge area to unwind after a long day. The only downside was that the breakfast options could use a bit of a boost, but overall, I had a lovely experience! 😊

My kids wished there were more breakfast options available.

The stay was quite frustrating. The noise from outside was unbearable due to the party in the parking lot and cars racing nearby. The room seemed clean at first, but the musty smell and worn bedding were concerning. Overall, it wasn't a comfortable night, and the lack of a breakfast option when I needed it was disappointing.

Wi-fi was great, but breakfast was very limited. Needs better food options.

The Double Room with Two Double Beds was pretty comfy. The location was nice with plenty of traffic and nearby restaurants. The only thing I personally missed was carpet. I'm just used to it. Breakfast options worked for me, but a better healthy bread choice would have been great. It was not bad overall, rates were fair for what you got.

I stayed at Quality Inn in Charleston for a couple of nights and had mixed feelings about my experience. The front desk staff at check-in were welcoming and friendly, which made me feel quite comfortable upon arrival. The location was convenient, placing us near attractions and eateries. My room had a basic layout, but it wasn’t very clean. I noticed burn holes in the bedding and the bathroom wasn't properly attended to. The breakfast offered was limited, lacking variety, and left much to be desired. I hoped for more options than just waffles and cereal. I also ran into issues with the housekeeping staff when I requested extra towels. the response felt dismissive. Overall, I think there’s a need for better cleanliness standards and improvements in the breakfast selection to make the stay more enjoyable.
